Club Rules
 
 

1     Members shall have attained the age of seven years on and before 1st September in the football season that follows the date.

2     Members shall be expected to attend training sessions organised by their team manager and may not be considered for a team place should they fail to attend their sessions between 1st August and the end of the season.

3     A manager may choose not to play a member who misbehaves during training sessions.

4     Bad language, spitting, smoking or violent conduct will not be tolerated. The club disciplinary committee will take action against any member guilty of such offences.

5     Any member cautioned or sent off from the field of play by an official will be responsible for any fines or administration costs incurred.

6     Any player who does not pay his registration or club fees due by the dates may not play for the club. Individual circumstances shall be discussed, in confidence, with the team manager.

7     In accordance with the guidelines issued by the Football Association concerning "child abuse", the club has deemed to introduce the following rule:- No team manager or assistant shall be on their own with a single person or group of club members whilst in the environment of a dressing room or similar facility.

8     Team managers and assistants will make sure care is taken when dealing with known or suspected injuries. Professional advice shall be sought if and when doubt exists.

9     Club members shall not encounter either verbal or physical abuse from team managers or assistants at anytime. If a club member has any cause for concern they must promptly report the incident in writing to the clubs chairman.

10     Verbal abuse of a club member or of a representative albeit a player, team representative or spectator of an opposing team by any person associated with Cornard Dynamos is considered unacceptable behavior and is not keeping with the club ethics.

11     Match playing kits and rainjackets provided to a club member shall remain the property of the club. The kits and rainjackets shall be worn only on match days and shall be returned to the club at the end of each football season.

The above rules and code of conduct are stated as guide lines for all those associated with Cornard Dynamos Youth Football Club. The well being of club members is of prime importance and therefore an awareness of the clubs principles are issued for all to understand.
